Group1 - Grade 3 & 4 “Decorative flower pot” We will provide A4 size cardboard and they will create a flower pot. (Bring your chart paper or decorative things as per your creativity.)
Group 2 - Grade 5 & 6 “Traditional art from any cultures” Students can draw any form of art from any culture of our country. Use any medium for colouring . A3 size paper will be provided.
Group 3 - Grade 7 & 8 "My Dream World" – Mixed Media Collage A3 size paper will be provided. Students draw a dream landscape or city and then use magazine cutouts, colored paper, and drawing to build their fantasy world. (Bring a newspaper or magazine, glue, scissor and decorative materials)

Badminton Event – 13th November 2025
Age Groups to be Played : U-9 Years(Born on or after 01/01/2016) U-11 Years(Born on or after 01/01/2014) U-13 Years(Born on or after 01/01/2012) U-15 Years(Born on or after 01/01/2010) Categories: Girl’s Singles and Boy’s Singles Entry Fees Per Students : ₹200 Rules & Regulations: The tournament will be in knockout format. Matches will be played on Yonex Mavis 350 shuttles. Matches will be of 15 points best of 3 sets throughout the tournament. The umpire's and chief referee's decision will be final. Players who fail to report on the match day will be given a walkover. All the players are required to carry their original school ID-Cards with them during the tournament at the respective venues. Players should produce their ID cards at the venue as and when asked for it. Rules of the Tournament:
1. The players should be in proper numbered Basketball uniforms.
2. In case of colour clash, it will be decided by an official in charge before the commencement of the match as to which team shall wear the colours.
3. The players should be wearing appropriate shoes for the game.
4. The Rules of the game shall be implemented as adapted by the Pune District Basketball Association.
5. The U13& U-9 age group shall follow the rules of FIBA.
6. The total team shall consist of 10 players.
7. The game shall be of 2 quarters and each quarter will be of 10 minutes and 2 minutes halftime break.
8. The players and the team officials shall abide by all the rules of the Tournament committee.
9. The decision of the referee shall be final and binding on the players and officials of both the teams.
10. All the players are required to carry their original school ID-Cards with them during the tournament at the respective venues. Players should produce their ID cards at the venue as and when asked for it.
11. Any team found with an over aged player or any manipulation in the documents will be disqualified without any kind of prior intimation. show less

Time Control:10 min+ 10 seconds increment per move from move one. Tie Break:The latest FIDE tie-break rules will be applied. Disputes:In case of any disputes, the decision of the Chief Arbiter shall be final and binding. Organizer Rights:The tournament organizers reserve the right to make necessary changes to the rules or schedule. Electronic Devices: As per AICF guidelines, players are strictly forbidden to bring any electronic devices, including wristwatches, into the playing arena. If a player has a mobile phone or wristwatch, it must be kept on the table in switched-off mode. Any sound from mobile or wristwatch during the game will result in the player losing the point. Illegal Moves: Pressing the clock without making a move. Capturing the opponent’s king and then pressing the clock. Using two hands to capture a piece or press the clock. Using two hands while castling or promoting a pawn and pressing the clock. Promoting a pawn to the wrong color or a second king and pressing the clock. Penalties: The first illegal move is penalized according to FIDE Laws of Chess, Article 12.9. The second illegal move results in an immediate loss of the game. Playing the game with one hand while pressing the clock with the other will also incur a penalty. DRAMA COMPETITION

Theme

Grades 1 to 3: The Lost Toy – learning responsibility. OR Any story from an Animal Book.

Grades 4 to 6: Friendship & Teamwork – friends working together to overcome challenges.

Entry Fees Per Students : 100

Rules & Regulations

No bad language, violence, or offensive gestures. No open flames, dangerous props, or unsafe materials. Play duration: 12–15 minutes (warning bell at 12 min, final bell at 15 min). No extra time.

Teams must report 1 hour before the competition. Only 1 entry per school. Team size: max 10 members (at least 8 must act and speak). Only bonafide school students can participate.

Schools must send one teacher with the team. Teams must bring their own sets, props, costumes, and makeup.

• General furniture (tables/chairs) will be provided if requested.
• 2 minutes allowed for stage setup and clearance.
• Background music/sound must be coordinated with the technical team.
• Accompanists may play live instruments or music tracks but cannot appear on stage.
• Plays may be in English, Hindi, Marathi, or any other language.
• A synopsis must be submitted one week before the competition.
• The host school’s decision will be final.

Rules of the Tournament:
The tournament will be played on a League cum knockout basis. The team will consist of 6+4=10 players for each age group.
The game time per match will be 10 minutes each half with 2 minutes’ break between the two halves and quarter finals.
Semi-finals and the finals will be played for 15 minutes each half with 5 minutes break between the two halves.
The FIFA rules for the game will be followed as adapted by the local association.
All the players from the team should be in proper playing kit along with the shoes and stockings.
All the players are required to carry their original school ID-Cards with them during the tournament at the respective venues.
Players should produce their ID cards at the venue as and when asked for it.
