Terms & Conditions

Registration & Fees

• The fee includes: Training sessions, breakfast, and transport (from selected nodal points).

• The last date for registration is 12th March 2026.

• Limited seats are available. Admissions will be given on a first-come, first-served basis.

• Fees once paid are non-refundable and non-transferable.
   

 Camp Duration & Timings

• Camp Dates: 16th March to 31st March 2026

• Camp Timings: 8:00 AM to 11:00 AM

• Working Days: Monday to Saturday

• Weekly Holiday: Sunday

• Special Holidays: 19th, 20th, 21st, 22nd & 27th March

Participants must report 15 minutes before 8:00 AM.

Age Criteria

• Camp is open for children aged 8 to 14 years only.

• Age proof may be required if necessary.
   

Activity Selection

• Each participant must select one specialized activity for the 1.5-hour morning session.

• Other activities will be conducted on a rotation basis as per the schedule.

• Once selected, the specialized activity cannot be changed after confirmation.

Health & Safety

• Parents must inform the organizers of any medical condition, allergy, or injury in advance.

• Participants should carry: Water bottle,Cap,Sports shoes (compulsory)

• The management will take all necessary safety precautions; however, minor injuries during sports activities may occur.

• In case of emergency, basic first aid will be provided.
   

Transport Rules

• Transport will be provided from selected nodal points.

• Pickup and drop locations must be selected in the registration form.

• Bus routes and exact timings will be shared on 12th March.

• Parents must ensure children reach the pickup point on time.

• The camp management will not be responsible for missed buses due to late arrival.

Camp Cancellation Policy

• The organizers reserve the right to cancel or reschedule activities due to unavoidable circumstances.

• In case of complete camp cancellation, further communication will be provided.
