Terms & Conditions

Registration & Fees

  • The fee includes: Training sessions, breakfast, and transport (from selected nodal points).

  • The last date for registration is 13th March 2026.

  • Limited seats are available. Admissions will be given on a first-come, first-served basis.

  • Fees once paid are non-refundable and non-transferable.
     

 Camp Duration & Timings

  • Camp Dates: 16th March to 27th March 2026

  • Camp Timings: 8:00 AM to 11:00 AM

  • Working Days: Monday to Saturday

  • Weekly Holiday: Sunday

Age Criteria

  • Batch 1 - Age 5 years to 8 yrs 
  • Batch 2 - Age 8 years to 14
  • Batch 3 - Age 10 years to 14
    Age proof may be required if necessary.

  • Activity Selection

  • Once selected, the specialized activity cannot be changed after confirmation.

  • Health & Safety

  • Parents must inform the organizers of any medical condition, allergy, or injury in advance.

  • Participants should carry: Water bottle,Cap,Sports shoes and any other equipment required for selected activity (Mandatory)

  • The school administration is committed to maintaining a safe environment during all sports activities and will implement all necessary safety precautions to minimize risk. However, please note that minor injuries may occasionally occur during physical activity.

    In the event of an emergency, trained staff will be available to provide immediate basic first aid. Parents and guardians will be notified promptly in accordance with the school's emergency communication protocol.

     

  • Transport Rules

  • Transport will be provided from selected nodal points.

  • Pickup and drop locations must be selected in the registration form.

  • Bus routes and exact timings will be shared on 14th March.

  • Parents must ensure children reach the pickup point on time.

  • The camp management will not be responsible for missed buses due to late arrival.

  • Camp Cancellation Policy

  • The organizers reserve the right to cancel or reschedule activities due to unavoidable circumstances.

  • In case of complete camp cancellation, further communication will be provided.​​​​​​​

DHRUV GLOBAL SCHOOL, Sus Pune has organized a specialized Sports Summer Camp in the school premises, from March 16th to March 27th. This camp will be focusing on developing and nurturing talent and techniques of specific games. Our experts will not only hone the skills of students but will also inculcate a love of the chosen sport.

Below are the activities available for a daily schedule 8AM to 11 AM (3 hours). The cost for the camp per activity is also mentioned for your reference. 

Age : 6 years and above  Days: Monday to Saturday. 

 Package 1 - Camp ‘Summer Fun’ - Duration: March 16th to March 27th  Camp Fee: 3999/-

Age : 5 to 10years

  • Meditation and Geeta recitation
  • Sports (Football, Basketball, Badminton, Archery) 
  • Fitness Activity
  • Session - Etiquettes & Table  Manners, Sculptur, Dance,  Art, Origami Paper craft, Personality  development, Public speaking, Adventure activity, Pool  party.
