Returns and Refunds

Game Plan does not offer returns or refunds after a booking, registration, enrollment, or purchase has been completed, except as described below.

Event Cancellation or Location Unavailability

If an event is cancelled or the location is unavailable for any reason whatsoever, we will refund the entire amount paid for that event, booking, registration, enrollment, or purchase.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method where possible. Processing timelines may vary depending on the payment provider, bank, or card issuer.
